The purpose of this page is threefold.
First, to help homeowners find the original suppliers and sub contractors for maintenance, warranty issues, service, repairs, matching items, maintenance, additions, upgrades, or replacement. Riverwalk was built in three phases: I - lots 33-62; II - lots 18-32; III - lots 1 -17. The information below is from the developers and may not apply to every phase in Riverwalk. The first list provides the Suppliers and Sub Contractors for Riverwalk and is dated 11/11/03. If you contact the suppliers or sub contractors, be sure to tell them you live in Riverwalk and they were the installers. Second, to provide information for homeowners who are required by our CCRs to replace exterior items with the original or equivalent.
Third, to provide information from the City of Ashland on appliance rebates, solar electric PV rebates, air quality programs, and conservation programs.

Appliances - kitchen: GE Profile series. Backflow Device: City requires a yearly check. Mark Jamieson, 482-9464 Bathroom Sink Faucets: See "plumbing fixtures" below. Bathroom tub: Lasco Belmont jetted acrylic tub; American Standard steel tub. Bathroom shower pan: Lasco 6034-APAN Bathroom Toilet: American Standard 2898.012.020 Cadet EB w/#1500 seat. Central Vacuum: Some homes in phase II were plumbed for a central vacuum. All homes in phase III were plumbed for a central vacuum. Needs to be inspected every 3 to 5 years. The deck around the railing is the most vulnerable to leaks. The product used to re-seal the deck's surface is Plidex Pigmented Sealer. Doors: Exterior entry door made by Rogue Valley Door (www.roguevalleydoor.com), distributed and installed by Moulding Specialties. See above list. Door weather strips: Installed by Moulding Specialties - see above list. Call Moulding Specialties for replacements and parts. Drywall texture: walls: swirl; ceilings: orange peal and troweled Electrical: Pre-wired (behind drywall) for surround sound in kitchen, dining, nook, living room, and master bedroom (no speakers). Check blue prints for locations. Fence Paint; From Millers Paint - Fence Stain Color #03A 1055 a custom color. See "Paint" below. Firepalce: Lennox, natural gas, zero clearance, brushed nickel trim. Home Comfort Hearth & Patio, 166 South Main, Phoenix, Or. 97535; 535-3080. See other resource in above list. Floors: Wood: Linea: a Kahr's product, available through Lipperts. Kahrs Website; Order a touch-up kit, Do's & Don't - Accident repairs, Minor Touch-ups, Recoating your floor. Vinyl: Mannington. Tile: Various. Tip: Call Lipperts, tell them your address and/or lot number. They have specific information about the flooring they installed in your house. Garage Doors: Stanley, foam-core aluminum, remote controlled. House Numbers: Reflective paint on curb and alley driveways: call 1-208-867-2710; Numbers attached to your house and/or alley fence - recommended size is 4 inches, color or finish should provide a contrast to the color of house or alley fence. Hot Water Heaters: Bradford White, installed by SOS plumbing. Manuals for your model number. HVAC: Tempstar central heating and air condition system. Natural gas heating, 100,000 BTU; electric, fan coil air conditioning, ninety-percent efficient. 5-year guarantee from National Heating. They offer service agreement contracts after guarantee expires. See list above. Insulation: R-21 at exterior walls; R-25 under floor; R-38 in attic. Sound-batts at bathroom walls. Irrigation Controller: Hunter EC; manual on website under Landscape info. Kitchen Faucet: Hamat 3-0361 NK pull-out spray kitchen faucet. Kitchen Garbage Disposal: ISE Badger 5 Kitchen Sink: Franke RGX-160 two compartment, stainless, undermount sink. Light Fixtures: Grovers, Medford Paint: 1. Fences: Miller Paint, 2205 Ashland Street #201 541.482.4002. 2. Exterior House Paint: Exterior paint must be the same as the original or another original Riverwalk paint color. Read Rule and Regulation A-6. In the attachments below, see the document, Paint Exteriors, which provides the paint formulas for the exteriors of the homes in Riverwalk based on lot number. The purpose of the Paint Exteriors document is to assist homeowners in identifying the original paint formulas for their houses when submitting a request to the Board to repaint their exteriors. The last attachment at the very bottom of this page,, Map of Riverwalk, has all the lot numbers. 3. The interior house paints may be Miller or from another source. Plumbing Fixtures: To find out what plumbing fixtures were installed in your house call Rick, SOS Plumbing, 488-2680, give him your address. They have a list of the plumbing fixtures for your house on file.Siding and Trim of house exterior: Siding: HardiePlank; Trim: textured and primed trim by Weyerhaeuser Windows: Atrium, low E argon gas, double pane, vinyl frames.
