 Landscape Projects: •An entry rock at the NW corner of Briscoe and NMA. March 24, 2010:  .  •Outcrop: Ten rocks, mostly hidden from view in the common area north and common area south were moved to the Clinton Street side of common area south to create a rock outcrop. The goals were to increase the visibility of these Oregon moss rocks and to create a focal point to enhance our landscape. March 19, 2019, • Entry corner bed landscaped in March, 2010. • Installed an entry rock engraved with "Riverwalk" in the corner park row at the NW corner of Briscoe and NMA. Completed March 19, 2010. • Created a rock outcrop in Common Area South. Completed March 24, 2010. • Further amended the park row soil and installed additional ground cover where needed - Completed July, 2010.
• Screened the utility boxes in the park rows with shrubs - Completed October, 2010. • Replaced three park row trees that perished. Competed November, 2010 • Planted the park row corners to create a cohesive and unified landscape - Complete November 3, 2010 • Planted foundation trees and shrubs in common areas north and south - Completed November 10, 2010 • Created a smaller rock outcrop in common area north to coordinate with the outcrop in common area south. - Completed November 10, 2010
• Offered "Alley Restoration Project at homeowners' expense." Eight homeowners participated. - Completed July, 2011 • Removed bentgrass from common lawn and two homeowners' lawns. Summer, 2011 •Added soil in the park rows at the sidewalk edge to bring the soil up almost level with the sidewalk to prevent a tripping hazard. August, 2011 • Sprayed association trees in park rows for web worms. Offered spraying to homeowners at their expense. August, 2011  • Installed additional kinikinnick ground cover to the park rows. Completed November, 2011. • Offered a group mulching project at homeowners expense. Completed November, 2011 •Pruned the trees in the park rows. December, 2011 |
