Welcome to Riverwalk: Riveralk Homeowners Association, 665 A Street , Ashland, OR 97520
Purpose: The purpose of the Riverwalk Homeowners Association's web page is to inform, to provide access to association information and documents, to encourage your participation, and to help you stay connected to the Riverwalk community!
Riverwalk: Riverwalk, located in Ashland, Oregon, is a class one planned community of 62 homes located off North Mountain Avenue just south of Bear Creek. Within Riverwalk are two common areas owned and maintained by the association. Adjacent to Riverwalk on the northern boundary are two city owned and maintained areas.
Across from Riverwalk is North Mountain Park Nature Center with walking trails, a Nature Center in a renovated farmhouse, educational learning facilities, demonstration gardens, picnic area, and playing fields. Visitors can enjoy the trails through the natural area, have a picnic, take classes about the natural and cultural history of our region, or engage in outdoor activities such as learning how to test water, monitor weather, and identify birds.
A city open space, of about six acres, is located between the northern border of Riverwalk and Bear Creek. The trail begins on the west side of North Mountain Avenue just before the Bear Creek Bridge. This natural open area contains ponds that drain into Bear Creek and is another opportunity for wildlife viewing. The distinctive architecture of our homes is neo-craftsman and features porches, columns, stonework, and high-pitched roofs. Our exterior paint palette is a muted and sophisticated selection of colors that blends with our natural surroundings. An important element of our homes is the front porches that allow us to interact and socialize with our neighbors, give us a feeling of belonging, and promote a small-town feeling of neighborliness that is so Ashland.
